[Ban Appeal]

Minecraft Username: Fungus_Bean

Reason: Killing another player in a non-pvp zone

Counter-Reason: I do not have an actual counter reason, I did break a block that caused the player to burn in lava, I didn't intentionally murder this player though. I broke the block & replaced it immediately after I noticed lava was flowing but by then the user was already dead as he must of been at next to no HP because he was only in the lava for no more then a second.

Evidence: I do not have any evidence of the event.

 

I said "I did break the block above him and it did kill him" and when a supermoderator asked me if I killed you, I said "technically" because my action is what killed you, but it was not an intentional action. You're also right, it has been an hour, and I enjoy playing ECC so I appealed my ban as quickly as possible. Is that a problem?

 

I replaced the block literally 1 second after I broke it, I did not intentionally have you killed. If I wanted to actually have you killed, I'd of just let that lava keep flowing.

 

Because I was breaking blocks with my pickaxes? When you stand still for 2 minutes impatiently don't tell me that you don't get the urge to break blocks, because I know I do.

 

I said in the complaint thread I would compensate you for the pickaxe.

 

Would just like to point out that "was" is supposed to be "wasn't"

 

I said that I did break the block, and it did end up killing you, I didn't intentionally break the block for the purpose of killing you though. I also agreed to pay you compensation for the pick that you lost because it was accidental that you had died, and due to it being my fault I felt responsible for repaying you for your lost item.

 

It broke because I was breaking blocks with my pickaxe, I've already said that. Now if we could stop replying to this thread and keep waiting for a response from a staff member that'd be great!
