Counter reason: burtonbeast35 said a shout saying i was gay. Me and burton are friends and we mess around sometimes. I then said he was gay also but i was caught and banned on the spot with no warning. Me and burton werent trying to offend anyone or each other but this was just a joke and i realize it was a mistake but its unfair for me to shout something back and be banned. Im sorry i shouldnt have been rude and was just playing around with burton. Im sure burton could say the exact samething. I meant no harm i was just getting back at burton but he wasnt banned and i was. I hope you except my apology but really this wasnt supposed to be a mean comment just joke thanks.

 

Clause 2 - Vulgarity

• Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating.
  • Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (ie. WTF?) are allowed.
• Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.
• Racist language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given

I know what i did was wrong, but why didnt burtonbeast35 get punished instead he was warned and when i say something back which was no less inapproiate i get banned. You didnt even warn me neither you didnt understand what happened. You just swooped i and banned me. I know that there wouldnt have been a problem if i just didnt say anything back and im truly sorry. I really am i was so excited to start on my new town so plz unban me. Im sorry to anyone one who saw my comment back to burton.

 

The rules mean not to say anything thats rude inapproiate and that is just not needed such as swearing or vulgar language directed to offend someone.

 

Dewsy92 , since you seem to be on the ban appeal forums section a bunch and revanrose doesnt seem to be on the forums, i saw the you unbanned mineosaurus2000 for the exact reason i was banned. Im super sorry for what i did im just a little frustrated. Nether the less, i was banned for a valid reason. Could you unban me plz or tell me the situation of my ban. I make a vow if im EVER banned again you may do watever amount of time you want to ban m for. That goes to all mods thx.
