Reason-False Accusations
Counter Reason-I have been banned for 14 days now, you gave us all 14 days, but I
realized some appealed right away,I how ever decided to take the time to reflect
on what I did and reread the rules of ecocitycraft. I made a false accusation in
the past on backtothepast, and I should have learned my lesson but i didn't, so
that's why I am appealing now. I made a false accusation on a user for being
kconahan,his name was illuminati. I should have never jumped to that conclusion,
and I should have just let the staff team handle the issue at hand, but i didn't
do that, I jumped on the bandwagon of the other 8-10 users and started making
false accusations against the user, that were evidently not true, I am truly
sorry and apologetic for doing such. If you decide to further my ban on me
I will not be that upset, but merely disappointed in my self, because I
understand that I should have learned from the first time.Once being unbanned i
will write an apology letter to the user on forums, for the things that I have
said and the accusations I made. Once again I am sorry for making these
accusations and i should have never done so, I have truly learned my lesson this
time, and I will never do it again on ecocitycraft. I hope you accept my ban
appeal and allow me back on ecocitycraft.

The rule i have broken.
Clause 3 - Harassment
Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes
another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.
Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is
strictly chat/command based.
This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of
harassment that occurs through our chat system.
Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as
harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very
severe offence that will result in a ban.

I am glad to see that you are appealing your ban, however as you can see by your ban, what you did was not ok by any means. Harassment by any means is not ok, nor is accusing a user of stuff. In the future I suggest that you file a complaint if anything instead of causing issues about it ingame.
The user had stated multiple times that they want you to stop, that they are feeling unconformable with the way they were acted upon. All parties were also requested to keep it out of ingame chat, and if necessary a complaint filed.
On the part of the accusations, if you feel a user is doing anything to break a rule, or is bending any rule it is suggested that you file a complaint, never is it ok to harass a user, or cause problems about it ingame. This goes for any situation, and I hope that this is understood so that problems like this do not occur again in the future.
