Minecraft Username: averagejoe2012 Reason: for not allowing the user named catrina to get her stuff after buying the only town that he had perms to the town oofgooch. Counter-Reason: first time I bought a town from anyone was not aware or any of the rules im so sorry for the resident that I effected. Evidence: no extra evidence to apply but i have learned my lesson and will from this point on never mess with any resident again in any way shape or form.

In the meantime, as your ban was for 'Failing to follow property seizure rules after multiple warnings' please could you explain in your own words what the rules are concerning evicting members from towns. This should include the rules regarding when a mayor/co-mayor can evict members and the timeframes when lwc locks can be requested to be removed.
