Reason: ban for griefing in slammerville

Counter-Reason: The 2 occasions i was warned for griefing i wasn't actually using my account i have a younger brother and he told me about cutting down some leaves so i went online to find that i had a message saying i have been evicted and i was told to take my stuff and leave so i went offline for a brief second to sort out the lag i was getting i was walking to my house to grab my things to go and by the time it took to get to my house i was banned so surely i should be allowed to come online because i was never given the chance to do wat was asked of me.

    Hi @milladge95

Any actions taken by your account are 100% your responsibility, so it is irrelevant whether your brother was the only controlling the account or not. With regards to your point about having the chance to do what you were asked to do, that was the mayor evicting you from his town. A town mayor is still entitled to file a grief report which may result in action being taken by the Staff team, such as a ban in your situation.

I am going to deny this appeal as you haven't taken any responsibility for the actions of your account. In you next appeal I would like to you showing some remorse for your actions and some appreciation for the seriousness of griefing. It is an offence which is taken very seriously on ECC. I would also like you to copy & paste the relevant rules which you broken in your next appeal. This is so we have evidence that you have read our server rules.

    Appeal denied
