Minecraft Username: chasucus Reason: i was banned under these following clauses: -2.1 clause 1 griefing -2.3 clause 3 harassment -4.1.1 clause 1.1 spam or CAPS Counter-Reason: first of all i do not believe i was unjustly banned because what i did was wrong and flat out stupid, i apologize for my rational and idiotic decisions in-game. Evidence: i do not have any evidence because i wasnt able to capture any screenshots before i got banned but i truly miss the community of ecc.

(2.1 clause 1 griefing) means that i purposefully destroyer someone elses property whether it was a town or anything not belonging to me this can affect the server by making it very unsafe for the users and simply quite irritating. (2.3 clause 3 harassment) means that i degraded someones feelings or i threatened to harm them/others they know this can effect the server by once again making it a unsafe and very un-enjoyable experience for many users. (4.1.1 clause 1.1 Caps or spam) means that i went out of my way to annoy/ frustrate the community of ecc with my annoying action over global chat this effects the server by clogging up the chat and making everyone's experience terrible also this can alter with the deals or important conversations that many users may be having. once again i am sorry and wish to be part of the ecc community once again! @Stolio
