Minecraft Altabyte Reason Moderate grief in the protected region of walrusbay. Counter-Reason I bought Walrusbay in the mindset of flattening it out and selling plots and prebuilts. Most of the people in the town was inactive and so I assumed the whole town was inactive. So whenever I saw a building I flattened it down. I did wrong by removing @romper83273's castle without telling her. However I offered to give her back all the materials that got removed. All there was is ~50 smooth brick ~ 40 steps ~1 wood plate ~1 wall sign ~ 4 furnace ~ 3 chests. I personally don't think this is enough reason to get someone banned. She posted a complaint against me, http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-altabyte.97830/#post-493309, and I sincerely apolegized to her however he had the mindset of getting me banned without any good reason other than that she wanted to. Also, her grief report on me was very vague and she did not include any more information the what she wanted you to hear. http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/greif-report.97827/. I feel like I was banned harshly and unfairly with no warning whatsoever. It does not say I will get banned for not following the procedures in Clause 3 - Seizure of Property in the server rules. I feel that @zedoker should have investigated this issue more instead of banning me instantly. I also feel that @romper83273 was abusing his fourm abilities by submitting a complaint and a grief report at the same time against me, because I was warned already by @SoftlyPsychotic. I wish this case could be viewed with all seriousness, because I am not happy with the turnout of this whatsoever. I am a heavy supporter of this server and I feel that @romper83273 should be repremanded in some sort of way or fasion. However, I have learned my ways and have read the wiki on what the responsibilities of owning a town are. Clause 3 - Seizure of Property By owning the town, your town Mayor has the right to remove you from the town at any time, for any reason, so long as the following criteria are met: Sufficient warning is given to the evicted person(s) ahead of time. For an individual, you must give 3 days advanced notice. For entire towns and/or mass evictions (5+ people) you must make a forum thread in the Towns Discussion forum. In this thread, all evicted persons must be tagged and given 7 days advanced notice. Users who can not be tagged due to not having a forum account must be mailed with the same length of notice. Users are given the appropriate timeframe and ability to remove their items and belongings. Evidence I don't have any evidence of me offering to give her her stuff back in game, however that is obtainable through the chat logs.
Hello there, After taking some time to review this situation, and discussing with some other staff members, we have decided to unban you. Seeing as you have already been notified about our rules on removing perms/destroying buildings, we are giving you the opportunity to make it right. Upon unbanning, we will require you to give back the materials that were griefed and follow our rules before you demolish any more of the town.
