Reason: Loan Scam/Breach Contract (t0fl and ohmrskittykat) and donation scam (expoldzibo)

Counter-Reason: I understand that i may not have another chance on the server because of this, but id like to atleast try for a chance. I've made yet another grave mistake on my ecc life. I decided to take a break and comeback when i feel like i would have time to pay my debts and feel comfortable doing it. I did not try to scam, it wasnt a purposeful act to do. I made the money to pay them back but then lost it in lotto. Thus running out of time to make the money again and was therefore banned. I would like to have another chance to mainly pay these people back for what i have done. As far as the donation scam goes i honestly dont know what happened i know i bought the donation for u explold but i dont know why u did not get it i am usually successful with buying donations. maybe i spelled your name wrong or something but since it did not go through i will pay the money back to you somehow. I am truly sorry for what i have done but i would like another shot.

  • A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.

Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

    • Trading EcoDollars for EcoCityCraft Server Features (ie. people purchasing features from the server on your behalf) is allowed because all parts of the transaction have to do directly with EcoCityCraft. However, these transactions are not encouraged due to the high risk of getting scammed and things going wrong. oh. Well if he ever decides to become active again I will pay him back, but until then I'll just worry about expoldzibo and ohmrskittykat
