I suggest you change your password and take other steps to stop your brother from getting on your minecraft account so that this doesn't happen again. Since this is your first offence a supermod will probably unban you, please review our server rules while you're waiting for a decision to be made. Unlocked for supermod.
Post another appeal once you've read the server rules and accept responsibility for your account. We do not take such things lightly and if this continues you may find yourself banned without chance of appeal.
