It spams up the new profile posts sidebar. It's incredibly obnoxious. If they want to post song lyrics they should do so in the comments on their profile post. At least it doesn't fill up the sidebar that way.

There is a rule against spamming though (and what you did should fall under that, but the rules on the forum are vague at best)
I agree with a rule about spamming the same crap over and over again like how I did, but I think it's fine to write a bunch of messages on various people's profiles as long as the messages are unique imo.

I agree with this suggestion. It is my hope that these players finding this funny will stop this obnoxious behavior on their own rather than requiring bans though.
+1 for spamming/trolling, -1 for people who are genuinely posting on peoples profiles and interacting with people.

+1 It does spam people's profile. And I'm not gonna be looking at the new profile posts and scrolling down through the spam to see what I want;
You chose to spam it on the forums. Anyway, I do not regard posting lyrics as legitimate posting. It's spam to me. If you want to post lyrics do it in the comments on the profile post.
-1, as long as the person whose profile they are posting on has no problem with it people should be allowed to post repetitive things, whether they're song lyrics or anything else. *Edit* It spams up the sidebar? Like really. Who cares.

Allowed only in profile posts? Seems legit. Still... +1 for spam/trolling -1 if you are actually talking ( well, posting) to people.
At the very least make the forum rules more specific on what classifies as spam. It's harmless but annoying, so I really don't know what to say.
