Additional Information: Above is link to contract. Also attached is screen shot of him acknowledging the last 5k of payment of the 25k loan that he was due to repay. Also I have sent two messages to him on the forum and he has not responded. He has viewed them, but ignored them.

No this is the evidence I have. I can take a screenshot of my messages to him on the forum and it showing him viewing but not replying.
