    Mostly wanted to say that I like this idea, very interesting might use this service to help me speed up my application for becoming a president. I have an extra suggestion, so as to increase the potential amount being loaned.
    To have them hand something over to you to be held as collateral in case they default on you. I.e , stacks of gems, enchanted tools or even deeds to property owned in other cities.
    This is so as to increase the maximum amount that you could lend to a non-VIP, say me.
