    I can confirm that lolshane was a player and that was his ingame name, but it was a long time ago so he was probably cleared.

However, since you are a major donator and people may remember this situation, I would advise you to appeal directly to wewinagain or andrewkm. They decide these on a case to case basis and is your only way of being unbanned.
