    I was accused of stealing a sword because someone died in the same farm that i have been farming for the past couple days and happened to have the same item that i had on me. They try to explain how they can prove what happened but....
    1: I was offline at the time of the incident.
    2: The way they explained it to me it sounds impossible that anyone could have done it.

    I was then continually harassed by an admin and a mod and they really gave me no chance to defend myself, using jokes such as "my hammer is getting pretty heavy" and such. This is abusive and immature. They were also discussing the issue in chat instead of pm where many other members were intervening in the conversation which is none of their business.

    This is very unprofessional and it was uncalled for. I have bought perks off this server, i have been a trustworthy and good member, giving out items for free and helping whoever i can. This is rediculous.

    And i have no doubt that one of the same admins will see this and lock it before any real just is done. the mods name was Glackmore and the admin being UnknownRider. They both harassed me and Glackmore treated this situation like a child. I dont care if im unbanned if a server is ran like this but i would like to see action taken against them.

    I just found out that Unknownrider is 16 and Glackmore couldnt be much older. Underage admins/mods are fine on small community servers but should not be on larger servers like this for the exact reason that they are too immature to reason with anyone. And Andrew should know this.

    Here is evidence that mods are lending out gear. Which should be illegal in its nature.

    And i will be receiving a refund from paypal for the fact this is not out of the 10 day refund time and i am unable to use what i had paid for.

    Sorry, i loved this server, but there are some major issues with administration.

    Okay, lets review this step by step.
    From what I gather, you were accused of stealing an item from a user by killing them in a non PvP zone. That much is established.



    This is the logs of the spot the user died at, and it matches up with the time of the incident. So this proves you were online.

    As you can see above, we can fairly easily and efficiently detect such things as this.

    When an issue arises, it is the staff's duty to get to the bottom of the issue. The fact that the staff were "harassing you" only tells me that they were persistent about getting to the bottom of the issue and trying to resolve the conflict between you and another user, and given the fact that the information I posted above did not match with what you were saying it was evident to them that there was something amiss.

    I will personally look into this and if I find that this is accurate I will speak to the moderator and if need be give consequences.

    According to the moderators responses, (which is backed up by the server logs) though there was some chatter in public chat, most of the conversations were had in pm's where you at some points didn't respond.


    Every complaint against staff is dealt with on a case by case basis and if a moderator is found to not hold up the staff standards, they are removed, thank you for your concern.

    Thank you for your input, but our staff is handpicked and decided on based on their actions in game, and not necessarily their age. For instance UnkownRider has been a moderator for 8 months and his age has never been an issue.

    Moderators are not allowed the ability to spawn items, only moderate. Therefor I see no issue's with that whatsoever.

    What ever action you take from here forward is up to you and holds no bearing on your ban appeal.


    In conclusion, there was more than enough evidence to prove that you were lying to the moderators, and your appeal is being denied based on that. If you would like to re appeal, you may send me a personal private message on the forums, and we will work something out from there.
