Which do you thinks better and why?
I personally think Battlefield takes it by a country mile. Battlefield Bad Company 1 and 2 were amazing games, but i think Battlefield 2 was a bit disappointing in the fact that it had no campaign, but it was a decent game none the less. And Battlefield 3 is breath taking. It's realistic features makes you feel a bit more in the game and forces the issue of teamwork, then arguing with little raging MW3 kids But Call of Duty 2 and World at War were fantastic games and i enjoyed every minute of them. But the thing that lets that franchise down, is MW1,2,3 and Black Ops. The constant copy-paste crap and no added realism let it down and i lost faith in it.

I prefer the call of duty franchise. Battlefield is a great game but I prefer call of duty. I did enjoy Call of duty2 an world at War but I also enjoyed the multiplayer a lot on Mw2. It had some great maps :)

Mw3 wasn't that great. I think that black ops was awful though.

NEITHER, they both are terrible ( except i like battlefield a bit more then cod) Counter strike Global offense is the best shooter of 2012-2013!
Reasons: Better graphics, better quality, more guns, more customizations, better gamemodes, not as much little kids, all the gamemodes are great (unlike cod, where they focus on a few gamemodes).-

I have never played any Battlefield game, but I hope to soon, as I have seen many great videos of it.
My opinion on CoD is different for every game. So far, my favorite was and is MW2. It was easily my favorite for multiplayer.
CoD 4 and 5 (MW & WaW) weren't really my favorites at all. I only enjoyed playing the original Zombies with the old-school guns such as Browning 1911, and other LMGs
Black Ops, I didn't really like, except for zombies. While using snipers, you aim at their head, and hit their feet. I know they tried to make it realistic, but a sniper, in no way, can be that inaccurate.
MW3... The only reason I enjoyed it was because of the party game modes, like All or Nothing, Infected, etc, everything else of it was quite bad.
Black Ops 2, I really enjoy, especially Zombies. To me, zombies was the greatest thing invented in the CoD franchise. It is probably the #1 feature of WaW, Black Ops and Black Ops 2.
