The Town of Bayview is located on Main North and we're looking to become a staple of consumer shopping on the server. We have a warp ("/warp Bayview" if you'd like to check the town and shop plots out) and the town is situated in a resort beach area that is ideal for any kind of shop. These 14x13 shops will be highly advertised, placed right at the front of our very active town, and will hopefully become one of the main hubs of trade in Main North.

Effective immediately, we have 5 shop stalls open and will begin an auction. The 5 highest bidders at the close of the auction will then own that stall for the next month at which time they will be offered a chance to renew their contract monthly for $5,000 (Rate may decrease depending on value determined by traffic, but will not increase in the first month.) The highest bidder will get first choice on plots and so on. Bidding starts at $1,000. The auction will close at 11:59 PM April 9th.

Requirements:
- Must be at least Resident rank to apply.
- Shops must maintain an appealing appearance.
- Must advertise for your shop/the town somewhat frequently. Don't just rely on me to do it.
- Residents of the Town of Bayview will receive a 15% discount on monthly rental rates.
