General Purpose of Contract:

Co-Mayorship – Board Of Maveth member

Promotion to the Vice President of the Nation Of Maveth.


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @ghostsjack01, agree to the following terms:

Will add @mayhem_madness as a listed owner of my towns of Maveth, the town of rosegreen and the town of Newmexico by the 7th November 2016.

Will not remove @mayhem_madness as a listed owner of the above towns unless he violates his terms stated in this contract.

Will pay a one time fee of 25,000$ (ECD) to @mayhem_madness , only if I violate any of the terms stated in this contract, within 7 days of violation.



The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@mayhem_madness agrees to the following terms:

Will pay the amount of 50,000$ (ECD) within 72 hours of the contracts approval. (Has been Pre-paid)

Will pay a one-time fee of 25,000$ (ECD) within 7 days of a report if she violates any of the terms stated in this contract.

Will not remove @ghostsjack01 as a listed owner in the towns of Maveth , rosegreen or NewMexico.

Will be allowed to add/remove members to the towns of NewMexico, Rosegreen and Maveth.

Wil not be allowed to add/remove owners to the towns of NewMexico, Rosegreen and Maveth, unless i specifically ask her to.

Will be allowed to keep 90% of profits made from the towns of Maveth.

Will be obligated to Pay 10% of income to @ghostsjack01 from sales of plots, prebuilts, land, etc made from the towns of Maveth.

Understands that she is in charge of the town of Maveth and is in-charge of financially supporting it. (i.e. Warp, buildings, etc)

Understands that all ECC laws and protocols must be followed

Will file for any necessary LWC removals.

Will not receive a permanent ban following a failed ban appeal.

Will not complete any acts which could be seen as Abuse of power.

Understands that acts seen as ‘abuse of power’ will be recognised by the BOM.

Will not create any new town rules within Maveth without board approval, which will be supplied by a vote between all of its members.

Understands that this contract will automatically end on the 23rd Of November 2017 and that a new contract will have to be generated, if @mayhem_madness wishes so.

Understands that she may resign from this position before the contract end date and it will not be classed as a breach in contract. The only other way to exit before the end date is for either parties, @ghostsjack01 or @mayhem_madness , to commit a breach in this contract and to pay the fee stated above. She may not resign after violating the contract. If her resignation is proven to come after a breach, she will still be charged the fee stated above.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
