Boosted Amethyst Shard (B2/B3) occasionally doesn't auto-pickup

Instructions:
Get a Boosted Amethyst Shard, at least B2 (I used a B2), then mine amethyst shards from an amethyst farm while having space in inventory

Multiple

Result:
There is auto-pickup, but sometimes it doesn't pickup. And I verified that my inventory had slots

Expected Result:
Always auto-pickup if there is space in inventory
