bought egg keys but then key vanished on use

i bought 8 egg keys from the website, i used /cc to use it, it rolled and then nothing happend, i never got an egg but the key vanished!

 

Tried another key, and it gave me nothing again.

 

Tried another key after the server maintenace, still didn't work so lost another key.

iknow the owner is aware sorry for trouble, did not mean any harm. or for him to get mad at me

 

once again sorry for the trouble @andrewkm, a giftcard would be nice
