Pricing: 20x20 - $9,000 10x20 - $7,000 Don't have time to build a house? Pixel and Jo will build one for you for free with your mats. Apartments - more info when they're built. Shop space - free for plot owners- first come, first serve on shop location! Shop space for non-residents- $1,000 per month- subject to change as the shops get more popular! ***We know this is higher than average for plots, however you will get your money's worth from our town and farm. We're looking to build a friendly community and keep the town active. The monthly fees are far cheaper than average "farm perms", so in the long run you will be paying less, while making more from the farm and meeting new friends!*** Town Rules: All server rules apply in this town - no griefing, keep chat appropriate, don't scam, etc. You must keep your buildings within the plot boundaries,. However, there are no limits on how high or low you build. No large farms,please. This is to reduce lag in the town. If you want a personal farm please keep it to 20x20x1. Also, you must talk to Pixel_42 or AscorbicJo in advance for approval. ~Thank you! All structures in Braavos must be modern themed, no dirt shacks! Monthly payments (farm perms/rent/shop space for non-residents) will be done via signs starting 1 week before they're due and you have that week plus an additional 36 hours to pay. If you need to pay on a different schedule, let us know in advance. Be respectful of the farm and other members using it. Replant all crops and share with others, the farm is huge ~ there's plenty of room for everyone! No shops in your houses, we have an awesome mall, use it! ***Breaking any of the above rules will result in an initial warning followed by removal of perms and 5 days notice to collect your belongings if the problem isn't corrected. Purchase of land/rooms in Braavos means that you agree to these rules, regardless of whether you took the time to read them or not.***
