Hello Sitomo, I am glad that you wish to appeal your ban here at EcoCityCraft. You were banned not to long ago for as you had stated trolling a pmc impersonator. You should always remember that ANY sort of trolling is not acceptable here on ecocitycraft, this doesn't matter whether to a spammer, Impersonator, or any other user. While we wait for a supermoderator+ to review your case I am going to ask that you read over the server rules that can be found here. I also want you to remember that bans or punishments are at staff discretion, Videowiz felt that you were trolling the user to much, and needed to be punished for it. When this user first announced in spawn local that he was from planet minecraft to "review" our server, you said something along the lines of, "if this user asks for op, I am so gonna troll." Afterwards generaljoecool reminded you not to do so as the rules have changed since you had made a video of you trolling new users at spawn into thinking they could get op. Later, after you had been with the user for some time and had logged off, jayden232 started spamming to give him op saying that you said he could have it. After multiple times of telling him he will not be getting op and countless times arguing with him about you telling him that he would get op, he left saying he is leaving a bad review to the server. Now I know that he was more than likely trolling and that one "bad review" isn't gonna kill the server, but next time leave trolls at spawn for staff to handle. We do not need any kind of negative comments going out about our server just because a user says one thing that a staff member will object to. After generaljoecool had told you not to troll the user, your best course of action would have most likely been to leave the user be to let the staff handle him. This time I will be unbanning you but in the future let staff deal with the trolls at spawn. Only then can we send just one message out there to new people that are unsure of how our server's ranks work and that they will not be getting any special perms for any "reviews" that they may be attempting to do.
