Food will return to inventory seconds after use, and not provide anything to my food bar. Whenever I try to eat during grace period, my food bar doesn't go up and the food returns in my inv. so I have the same prob
I'd also like to point out, this has been happening to me for a while, but I always thought it was just lag on my end.
