Brief Description:
I was able to, with 2 spawners in my inventory, just type /spawnertrade confirm and it automatically gave me the key. I did not have to first type /spawnertrade. So basically it cut out the confirmation step and traded the 2 spawners in for 1 key with one command.
How many times did you recreate this?:
I only did this one time.
Result:
I got the key and it took the spawners. I'm okay with this because they were the 2 I wanted to trade anyways.
Expected Result:
I don't believe it's intended to just be able to use one command for the trade of 2 spawners to get the 1 key. I'm sure most would like the ability to really make sure those are the 2 spawners they wanted to trade in.
Evidence:
Didn't take a screenshot.

Here's the way I see it:
If you use /spawnertrade, you are saying "I would like to exchange the spawners in my inventory. Please tell me which ones I am going to give away".
If you use /spawnertrade confirm, you are saying "Yes, I am absolutely sure that those are the correct spawners and confirm that they will be removed immediately" because you are explicitly adding a "confirm" statement to your command.
That's exactly what /spawnertrade without the "confirm" parameter is for.
In my opinion that's intentional. -
