    Brief Description: I was giving a user an E-rep and I could not drag and drop his /owned item out of my inventory. I received a error message saying "You cannot craft with items that are owned" http://gyazo.com/fbf92767ed2c9a2a67bec73d43ed8f3e

    Instructions: Get someone with a tool that they /own'd to give it to you, attempt to drag and drop it out of your inventory.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: 3

    Result: Could not drag and drop it.

    Just my friends talking about league in the back round :p

    Nah, we don't lock these due to players possibly knowing of issues, and seeing how they were resolved.
