Yes, this has been happening for a while now, @ThomasVerth lost a EFF 10 axe due to this not working correctly.

Yeah, staff knows about it, I guess they're working on it. Not entirely sure but its still best to have it reported just in case.

Out of curiosity, does this happen only with axes or everything?

 

Fishing rods are affected, too. I don't know of any other tools yet.

 

From what I can tell it happens when mcmmo tries taking durability from items for its own skills.

This would affect fishing rods using shake, axes using tree feller, and possibly also axes using leaf blower. Since the mining and excavation skills don't take tool durability and rather just increase a stat, they shouldn't be affected.

Normal use of tools isn't affected.

 

I've been using my shovel no problem, not sure about super breaker but giga drill breaker seems fine.

 

Looks like this is on the mcmmo end. I've reported it and hopefully they will fix it, if not, we'll have to do that for them.

If I recall correctly autorepair only affects diamond tools, shears, fishing rods and possibly flint and steel. So, that should be intended.
