Block breaking/placing bug

Brief Description:
Block breaking/placing is not working in the affected area

Instructions:
1. GO to x = 320 y = 66 z = -183
2. Be added to the town Redrock
3. try to place/break the blocks as specified in this video
4. ONLY CERTAIN TYPES OF BLOCKS ARE AFFECTED. Like upside down nether brick stairs, for example. See the video


How many times did you recreate this bug?:
I recreated it many times. Also, I added officepwnz123 to the town and he was also about to reproduce the bug

Result:
Several of the blocks in the area cannot be broken or placed, as seen in the video.

Expected Result:
Obviously I want to be able to break/place as normal

Evidence:

 

The ones in the video that won't break. They pop back into existence when I try and break them.

Yeah I am thinking that also... I hadn't had a problem with them previously, it's only today that they started acting up. I seem to be able to place solid blocks ok. It's so weird!

 

I don't know, because the other day I was able to build the wall section by placing the stairs in a specific order. I will not be in game for a few more hours yet, but test it again this afternoon.
