These are temporarily disabled due to a bit of a bug. They'll be back!

 

I have ExtCreations too.
I didn't try it yesterday, but today, if I try to put color codes in a sign, when I'm done I get the message "&1 is not allowed in sign text on ECC." and the sign that is placed is blank. I guess this is because they were disabled? Hope to see 'em soon! :)

Wat? It doesn't make any sense, but what you said is true :banghead:

 

It makes sense. All colour codes work except this one, &1 shows the error message and clears the sign.

 

What I meant was why all but &1?

&1 has been disabled because an issue it was causing.

 

1. What was the issue?
2. Any ETA on reintroduction?

 

The &1 color code has been the source of many many issues and bugs in the past and some of those have been major major issues that could have potentially ruined ECC there for it has been disabled. There is currently no plan on reintroducing it unless there is no chance of such huge issues arising from it.

What was it - were fake trade signs becoming real?

 

Uh? When? I mean, before the 1.8 update, it wasn't disabled. Did these issues come back after the 1.8 update?

 

These issues have been around for a long time, people have just been finding new ways to cause issues with it each time one is fixed.
