Brief Description: While mining stone I am getting consistently kicked for "sending too many packets"

How many times did you recreate this?: A dozen or more.

Versions Tested: 1.21.11 & 1.21.10 & 1.21.6

Mods: None

Result: Kicked while mining.

Expected Result: Being able to mine like I always have, lol.

Possible important note: Not using super breaker.
