Brief Description: On City, if one types /mcrank after using /mctop, it tells one that one has {0} seconds remaining before that command can be used again.
This does not seem ever to change.
/mcrank can be used once upon login, but then will produce the same result if used a second time.
Instructions:
Use /mctop and then /mcrank, or use /mcrank, then use it again.
How many times did you recreate this?: Three times with /mctop, once with /mcrank twice (discovered the second thing when taking screenshots just now for the first).
Result: A seemingly infinite cooldown
Expected Result: A finite and descending cooldown, I suppose.
