Brief Description: Ability to double-buy a spawn statue, giving two owners

Instructions: 1.Purchase spawn statue, lets say #4 spawn statue in legacy.
2. Purchase again with a different user, again #4 in legacy spawn.
3. This results in two owners, as opposed to stopping someone before the purchase actually occurs.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Just once, although it was attempted several times without payment and the buycraft did not seem to stop the transaction.

Result:Two owners of any said spawn statue.

Expected Result: Buycraft stopping the transaction/not displaying the statue as available.

Evidence: Stolio may have evidence supporting this for actual purchases. Although typing /rg i spawnstatue4 in rising displays myself and skylexia as owners.
