Brief Description: I'm not really sure how to explain this, so I will just continue with the rest of the report.
Instructions: Well first off, the person you're doing /realname for, their nickname must also be in another player's IGN. I will just use my situation for this.
1. Type /realname Cheese
How many times did you recreate this bug?: Happens 100% of the time in the right situation.
Result: The player "monkaycheese" comes up.
Expected Result: It should be telling me the realname of the person whose nickname is "Cheese"

realname looks for displaynames, which is username, unless the person has a nickname, then it's nickname.
realname is made to show everything, because there's a possibility that nicknames don't have prefixes, and therefore look exactly like a regular username. I'm not quite sure how else to explain it, but that's basically how the command is intended to work.
