Brief Description: the first day of every month it always gives me vote reminders even though I cant vote and have to wait 10 more hours.
Instructions: If you vote the last day of the month, the first day of the month it gives you vote reminders even though it hasn't been 24 hours
How many times did you recreate this bug?: I just realized this last month, so 2 months
Result: cannot vote till 24 hours and keep receiving vote reminders.
Expected Result: vote reminders be removed until 24 hours
