Brief Description:
Cannot change the collar color of a wolf.

Instructions:
Do /pet wolf. Then right click on the wolf and click tamed. Once it is tamed, right click on the wolf and click the collar color option. Click any color that isn't red. It won't change to that color. Only stays red.
