Auction Cut Queue Bug

Brief Description:
After you auction an item there is a bit of a pause before the next auction begins, if you put another thing up for auction during that pause it will cut the auction queue.

Instructions:
1. Put something up for auction
2. Wait for the pause after it ends
3. Put something up for auction during that pause
Note: Make sure there are people are in the queue when testing this bug.

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
3/3 times

Result:
I cut the auction queue, I was able to auction 2 items straight.

Expected Result:
I would expect that I would have to join the end of the queue.

Evidence:
Quite easy to reproduce the bug. If you need screenshots just message me.
