This is client side not server side I believe.

 

This has happened to me in the past. Do you have any mods(Hacks included...) downloaded? This happened to me when I had macro mod. Once I removed macro my crashing stopped

 

This happens to me often when it will stop responding, causing me to close out of minecraft and then it redirects me to the launcher. However this also happens on singleplayer so it can't be server-side. You may have to remove unnecessary mods or even resource packs, as that often caused the crashes for me.

Don't use the profile with macro. I think that will do it. If it doesn't just delete macro off your computer

 

Also, macro is disabled on ECC, so unless you use it somewhere else on your computer, I would suggest deleting it as a whole.

This has nothing to do with ECC

 

It does. A member of our community cannot log on. Therefore, it effects ECC.

 

I understand but if he says the issue is client side the server can't fix it.

I now realize though that someone could help him

 

Any other mods? Maybe try playing on minimum settings? Deleting macro fixed this for me. Maybe try re-downloading Java/Minecraft

 

But people on the server can.
