Ok so I noticed several things. 1st If someone is standing opposite of you and just standing there they gain exp and some loot drops from mob spawner traps when you kill them. I actually have done this a few times. 2nd If you have cactus growing in your town is it ok to leave them growing there and harvest the top 2/3 of it? 3rd Bridges / gates / dispensers can apparently be used for semi automatic farming is this allowed? Obviously you won't be getting any mcmmo exp from this. As in section 8 clause 5. I am not trying to lag the server. Also may I ask would using dispensers help reduce lag? In making said semi-automatic farms?
First, the person nearest to the dropped EXP should be receiving the EXP before any other users nearby. Second, from what I know cactus farming like this is allowed due to the fact that it takes time to regrow and cannot be placed again for more growth. Third, some of these things are allowed to be used for things like letting water flow to collect your wheat quicker. Just stay away from light farming and you should be okay. Fourth, dispensers actually cause more lag due to the fact that you have to click some sort of button to start them, in which they normally drop an entity.
Um what is light farming I have never heard of this term before. Do u mean having glowstones and torches placed at the wheat farm??
I do believe cactus doesn't grow anymore. Yes, semi automatic farms are allowed, and using gates to do them is the cheapest/most recommended way to do so. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask below!
