IGN: @Jdawger Users Involved in this Contract: @HelenDKN General Purpose of Contract: The building of a one floor casino in the town of Glasgow I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - I @Jdawger agree to build a one floor casino in the town of Glasgow (rough cords of build at -3038 65 2109, rising world). This includes the outside build (exterior walls, roof, path from road [if necessary]) and basic interior builds (teller area, interior walls [if necessary], floors, ceiling, some interior lighting/decorations). Any additional builds or aspects will require a separate contract/payment. - I @Jdawger have until January 2069 to complete the project. - I @Jdawger will start the building after @HelenDKN pays 100k (100,000 ECD) - I @Jdawger agrees to build in the given area @HelenDKN gives me, and cannot build/destroy anything else without @HelenDKN 's permission - I @Jdawger can place and lock other chests as necessary in the area where @HelenDKN places their supply chest (see below for more info on that) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: - @HelenDKN agrees to pay @Jdawger 100k (100,000 ECD) as a down payment for the build, and 100k (100,000 ECD) when the job is complete. This will total 200k (200,000 ECD) in payments. - @HelenDKN agrees to pay @Jdawger the second payment of 100k (100,000 ECD) within 48hrs after the full completion of the build. - @HelenDKN will provide @Jdawger perms to the town of Glassgow and any materials @Jdawger deems necessary for the build. - @HelenDKN must deliver the items to a labeled chest near the cords of -3045 65 2090 and give access to @Jdawger . They will place the chest themselves, lock it, and /cmodify @Jdawger to it. - Perms and the chest will be provided to @Jdawger within 24hrs of receiving the first payment I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree

@Jdawger can you please add some sort of deadline date for when this build is due? It is not important when it is, but it is important to have one. Without one we will not be able to really enforce this contract should an issue arise in the future. Again, not important for how long, as long as its said in the contract its all good (I recommend doing like a month based on the size of the project etc) Once edited, @HelenDKN please re-agree
@Zedoker We really don't have a set date, it's more of a "please get it done at some point." Do I still need a date? There have been contracts accepted without an end date in the past.
For sake of the contract, I added for it to be completed by January 2069, just for sake of an end time. @HelenDKN please re-accept
