I am currently trying to find "mayors" for my two spare towns, that I have no use for. You will be given full reign of the town, with the exception of being able to sell the town. You cal sell plots, you can build a farm and sell perms, you can do pretty much anything you want. The only thing I ask is if you are done using the town, to let me know so I can find another newer player to let take the reigns.
