Payment only up front, projects of $100,000 or more only. A large mansion would be $100,000. Bigger projects I would quote you a price. My prices include that I provide materials, and for you to tell me what type of building you want. Then I build it in whatever way feels right that day. @Stormogeddin, @SKSoccer, @David_Torento, @scgenesis, $250k is about the right price for a very good, large castle. The castle style doesn't use expensive materials for the most part, but it does involve more work than some more modern styles. Vaults could be included or not, depending on your taste. @David_Torento, I have done one $500,000 building before. While it's not a castle, it could give you an idea of the level of quality you could expect for that price. To see the top twenty stories of it (world-edited into a different spot than originally), just go to /server lobby and look at the blue tower that sits on top of the main portal. The original building is 30 stories, and included a vault and a tunnel network as well.
