If you want a different sized plot than the ones that are listed, post a reply or message us when we are online! Additional Floors: Extra floors shall be charged with the same base rate (I.e. 6000 for a 35X35), but with an additional cost based on whether they are above ground or underground. Above ground = + 5% of the base price. Below ground = + 20% of the base price. As a bonus when we are done we will leave a chest with some axes in it!!!!!!!
