10X10 = 1000
15X15 = 2000
20X20 = 3000
25X25 = 4000
30X30 = 5000
35X35 = 6000
40X40 = 7000
45X45 = 8000
50X50 = 9000
70X70 = 13000
100X100 = 30000
150X150 = 50000
200X200 = 100000

Important: You will make the money you paid for the farm back very quickly

Remember that the sizes are squared, and therefore a 200X200 plot is actually 4 times larger than a 100X100 plot.
If you want a different sized plot than the ones that are listed, post a reply or message us when we are online!

Additional Floors:
Extra floors shall be charged with the same base rate (I.e. 6000 for a 35X35), but with an additional cost based on whether they are above ground or underground.
Above ground = + 5% of the base price.
Below ground = + 20% of the base price.

As a bonus when we are done we will leave a chest with some axes in it!!!!!!!
