I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will transfer amount ECD $20,000 to @steveshizzle within 24 hours of this contract's approval. I will add @steveshizzle as member of oasis_farms within 6 hours of contract approval and not remove him even after the job is completed (he will get permission to use the farm) I will create a chest which @steveshizzle will be allowed to access near the warp of oasis_farms where materials will be provided (Coordinates 2082 64 1988) I will provide all materials needed for completion I will provide additional materials when @steveshizzle runs out within 24 hours of him contacting me The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @steveshizzle will complete the roof level of oasis_farms following the current design that has already been partially constructed (with the exception of the minecart tracks/redstone) - Coordinates 1966 73 1983 This will be done by January 20th, 2018 @steveshizzle will contact me if he runs out of the provided materials I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Before we proceed with this contract, a few things need to be addressed. 1) Please provide a time frame as to when you will add @steveshizzle as a member of oasis_farms (ie- within 24 hours of this contract's approval) 2) Please provide a time frame as to when you will provide @steveshizzle with the materials needed to complete this job (ie- within 24 hours of this contract's approval). Please also include the exact coordinates of the chest's location. 3) Please provide coordinates of the roof where @steveshizzle will be working.
