It's a big cobble building north of Nova with moans coming from it. You can't miss it.
5. Why do you want it gone/reasons? I'm building nearby and the zombie noises and running water are getting on my nerves.

Note: It appears that someone has attempted to demolish it, and it partially lacks a roof, but there is still a entire bottom floor of darkness and mobs left.
