Hi, I am @Utopial , formerly known as imccaffery, and my brother @Arithon and I have decided to begin providing very inexpensive building services because we both love, and are quite good at building and design. Our costs are so low because, unlike other builders or building firms, we only charge 10% of whatever the materials cost as our building fee. That means that if it costs us 2000$ in materials to build a house, we will only charge you 2200$, meaning we only make 200$ on the whole build. While we try to keep prices very low, we cannot build for free because materials are often expensive, and to build everything for free would very quickly put us in debt.
