My fees are: Writing contract: $10k. Reviewing contract: $5k. Background Checks: Can you put a price on peace of mind? You can't, but you certainly have a price on that tool you're selling. I offer background checks and credit ratings on your client. The catch is that your client must fully agree to this. If they don't this cannot be done. Credit ratings are calculated via my personal creditworthiness algorithms. My fees are: Background check: $5k. Payment must be given after the completion of services rendered. They are what I'd prefer to be paid. Not firm, but hopefully after 1 or 2 you'd deem my services worth my asking price.
He wrote mine a few months ago - would ask again o.o I still use it to this day literally for almost all contracts I do XD
How about simply hiring him to do your contract? $10k is more than reasonable to be provided with the peace of mind of having a quality contract. Not to mention all that N6 does for us on a day to day basis at absolutely no compensation (unless you count our undying love and appreciation )
Why would you need an example? This is like having your lawyer also serving as both the judge and the jury, the rest is ceremony at the point you have nicit as your notary.
Contacted @Nicit6 recently about background checks. We planned to have multiple checks (loans) regularly on our riskier loans. The first one is expected today, and before even conducting the check, Nicit looked at my contract. I thought it was fine (and I suppose it'd pass as "fine") and quite frankly I think I put a lot of effort into my contracts. I didn't ask Nicit to take a look, but immediately he found many things that I could work on and correct. The contract is much more clear now and will hopefully be much safer for both parties involved. Prices are very reasonable, will be paying Nicit a bit extra for the contract work he did. If you're wanting a "trial" before spending your money, don't bother. I think you'll be satisfied with the service, Nicit wasn't a ServerAdmin for no reason, he dealt with contracts all the time. Coming from somebody who had to review contracts myself as a Moderator, this service was better than anything I could pull off +1 by far. Will update this post once I have information on the background check. EDIT: Here's my update on the background check. Nicit spent a solid 40 minutes on gathering details and then proceeded to tell us that we don't have to pay because it's not up to his standard. The quality of work was great, links to every contract and applicable bans/appeals/complaints. Along with a rating of the user who was checked and their trustworthiness. We'll be definitely paying for the service anyhow. Thanks for your work, and you'll be getting more business in the future
