Are you a resident? Do you want the rank of mayor but don't want to manage a tough town? If so I will pay you 85k to make an application for a town which you will then give to me and be 100% mine. You must however agree to the following, You will not reclaim the town under any circumstances You will not use the money for ANYTHING but the application You will immediately add me as an owner once the application is processed, and then remove yourself as owner. If I wish to buy a town feature I will add you back and pay you the funds of the application, while you are added you can not change anything. If you are interested please read through the contract I will require you to sign.
