    Are you a resident? Do you want the rank of mayor but don't want to manage a tough town?

    If so I will pay you 85k to make an application for a town which you will then give to me and be 100% mine. You must however agree to the following,

    • You will not reclaim the town under any circumstances
    • You will not use the money for ANYTHING but the application
    • You will immediately add me as an owner once the application is processed, and then remove yourself as owner.
    • If I wish to buy a town feature I will add you back and pay you the funds of the application, while you are added you can not change anything.


    If you are interested please read through the contract I will require you to sign.
