I sold my 4th row shop for 450k to @TomKellyCreeper , who then sold his to oxwood for 500k.
@Sheep_mage bought a 4th row a little pricey, but for 750k.

 

Larene sold his 4th row shop for 650k to sinder I believe

 

Get one near or at the final row. The warp signs bring people right to you!

He bought his for 80k from @jassimq. (Imo) As long as you have a "pretty decent placement" all you need to do is advirtise. As long as you advirtise people will ask for tp's or just do /warp station#. I usually stick to one shop. It's @nicit6 's. I like his prices etc. Other people like other shops. I had 5 builders a day go to my shop and sell me their nstars. My shop was not in a good location, but I advirtised it.

 

Just saying @Sheep_mage didn't pay 750k he paid less i am not sure how much
I had station45 once and sold it for 70k in total ;-; i shouldn't have listened to @Iticip ;-;

 

I paid 750k.

 

And it has been worth it sofar. traffic is high.
