@Sheep_mage i don't think that station 45 is worth750k it is maybe worth 200k-450k

 

It probably wont matter anyway, since I am not selling. And didn't you try to convince me it was worth less than 100k? @chargers2417 and @KMaxwell both told me that the price was not unreasonable. Also, I have been making roughly $50K/week from it. That seems good to me. XD

 

That is correct, he paid 750k to buy it from me and from what I've seen his shop sells amazingly well, @jassimq

Going based on the station size, and position in the market, I gave an honest opinion about the shop's value. If a shop 2 from the front is sold for 3mil (or more), the value or a 4th, or even a 5th, shop from the front is influenced by that.

 

I am selling my 4th row shop. You can make offers if you wish.

 

Dammit :/ When the new stations just came out, I sold a 4th row for 30k
