    I have offered 150k+ to some tycoons+ and they all have said no, so there is no way you can get one for 45k, if you want one quit being cheap and pay for it xd.

    Dude. by the time your tycoon you probeley have at least 3or 4 towns. Thats aroung 300k for one empty town. With one claim, you can get a town, possible full of valuable buildings and farms. Why would anyone sell one for 45k?

    i will never sell my claim, i could make million from one, why would i sell it for even 200k? 45k is just insulting
